- Investigation and Resolution: Complaints are investigated and resolved within 10 business days.
- Response to the Client: A detailed explanation of the findings and resolution is provided.
- Escalation Mechanism: Unresolved issues can be escalated through three levels for further review.
5. Grievance Redressal Timeframes
The maximum time limit for resolution is 30 business days. Clients will be kept informed of any delays.
