Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Credknow Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to providing transparent and responsible financial services. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be considered.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of initiating the loan request and before disbursement of funds.
• Once funds are disbursed to the customer or used for repaying credit card dues, the transaction is non-cancellable.
• No cancellations will be accepted after full service delivery or financial transaction completion.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not applicable once funds are disbursed due to the nature of our short-term financial services.
• For excess or duplicate payments made in error, notify us within 1 business day. Subject to verification, a refund may be credited.
• If a technical issue causes a failed transaction (debit without service), a refund will be credited within 5 business day of confirmation.

3. Dispute and Quality of Service

• If the service does not match the agreement or is unsatisfactory, contact support within 1 business day of the transaction.
• All disputes are investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
• No refunds are provided due to dissatisfaction with loan terms after fund utilization.
